Nurses are the resilience pillar of the health system in crises

Zanjan - Imam Juma Mahnshan said: Nursing is not only a medical profession, but also has a fundamental role in promoting public health, strengthening the culture of empathy and increasing the resilience of society against crises.

According to Mehr reporter, Hojjat-ul-Islam Mohammad Reza Ali Akbari said in his Friday prayer sermons in the city of Mahneshan commemorating the 5th of Jumadi-ul-Awli, the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (pbuh), and the day of the nurse: in the history of mankind, there are figures who have been able to demonstrate the correct way of believing life in difficult and critical situations in the most beautiful way and be a role model for all generations, and Hazrat Zainab Kubri (pbuh) is one of the most prominent of these characters.

He pointed to the life and personality of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (PBUH) and added: She is a clear example of faith, patience, perseverance and responsibility in the most difficult situations, and her life shows that even in the midst of crises, one can follow the path of excellence and spiritual growth by relying on faith, awareness and stability.

Imam Juma Mahnshan stated that the nation of Iran can also benefit from this valuable model when faced with difficulties, and stated: A society that has faith, solidarity and the spirit of resistance can turn threats and crises into an opportunity for growth, self-confidence and the promotion of spiritual and social capacities.

Nurses are the strategic capital of the country's health security

Congratulating Nurses' Day, Ali Akbari emphasized the importance of the position of this group in the country's health structure and said: "Nurses are one of the strategic assets of the country's health security, and strengthening their professional, social and livelihood status should be considered as a basic necessity in health governance."

He added: increasing the ability, motivation and maintaining the dignity of the nursing community is one of the basic requirements for improving the resilience of the health system in critical situations; Because without having a capable and motivated nursing community, it will be difficult to implement large-scale programs to promote public health and respond effectively to social and medical crises.

Imam Juma Mahnshan emphasized that the role of nurses is not limited to providing medical services and said: besides being one of the main pillars of the health system, nurses also play an important role in the formation and expansion of the culture of empathy, responsibility, sacrifice and social support.

He pointed out: the country's macro policies should be made with a precise understanding of the strategic position of nurses and attention to their professional and cultural role in order to provide the necessary ground to increase the quality of health services, strengthen job motivation and improve the ability of the medical system to respond in normal and critical situations.

Internal resistance and cohesion play a role in pressure equations against Iran

In another part of his speech, Ali Akbari said, referring to the different aspects of America's confrontation with Iran: the war against Iran is not limited to the military field, and the economic, psychological and media dimensions are also an important part of this confrontation.

He stated that the internal cohesion and resistance of the people can affect the calculations of the other side, adding: Psychological and economic pressures as well as media movements are among the tools used in this confrontation. However, maintaining national solidarity and taking an active approach against these pressures is of particular importance.

Referring to the pressures on Western and European countries and the impact of political and economic developments on international equations, Imam Juma Mahnshan emphasized: From his point of view, the continuation of resistance and maintaining internal cohesion can increase the costs of pressure on Iran for the other side and provide the basis for changing calculations and reviewing confrontational approaches.

He continued: In such a situation, maintaining unity and avoiding internal disputes, along with strengthening the country's capabilities in various fields, is one of the requirements for successfully overcoming external pressures.

Ali Akbari further pointed to the importance of the economy in the equation of confrontation with Iran and said: One of the important fields of this confrontation is the economic field, and for this reason, the country's policymakers and economic officials must act with vigilance, accuracy and operational planning to manage the situation and activate existing capacities.

Referring to the forecast attributed to the International Monetary Fund about the end of Iran's economic recession, he said: Such forecasts can indicate that the country's economic capacities can still be used and that the existing pressures can be managed by adopting appropriate policies.

Imam Juma Mahnshan added: Of course, the use of the country's economic capacities is dependent on the adoption of accurate, realistic and effective internal policies, and the mere existence of capacities cannot solve economic problems alone.

He stated: Economic officials should provide the basis for the activation of the country's production and economic capacities by accurately understanding the conditions, making calculated decisions and formulating executive plans, and not allow external pressures to prevent the effective use of domestic capabilities.

Ali Akbari emphasized the need to pay attention to the economic dimensions of the confrontation with Iran and noted: In a situation where the economy has become one of the important areas of pressure, the intelligent functioning of the responsible institutions, coordination between different departments and the adoption of operational decisions can play an effective role in reducing the effects of pressures and strengthening the economic power of the country.

The bond between parents and teachers should go beyond formal meetings

Honoring the 24th of October, the day of parent-teacher bonding, the Imam of Friday emphasized the necessity of real cooperation between families and schools in the education process.

He stated: The connection between parents and teachers is an inevitable necessity and the quality of education is improved when this connection is established in a real, continuous and effective way.

Ali Akbari added: "Merely holding meetings and symbolic programs is not enough to realize the connection between the family and the school, but this link should go beyond the stage of slogans and ceremonies and in practice lead to effective cooperation between parents and teachers."

He stated that the family and the school are two fundamental elements in the formation of the personality and future of the students, and he clarified that the coordination between these two institutions can provide the basis for better identification of the educational and training needs of the students, solving their problems and strengthening the process of scientific, moral and social growth of the future generation.

Imam Juma Mahnshan pointed out: The deeper and more practical the relationship between parents and teachers is, the more likely it is to achieve the goals of the education system. Therefore, it is necessary to turn this relationship into a continuous and responsible cooperation and use all the capacities of the family and the school in the way of the correct education of students.

He emphasized the necessity of practical attention to the position of nurses, strengthening of social solidarity, accurate economic planning and development of cooperation between families and schools.
