The details of the payment of support subsidies were announced in October 1405.
As the last days of October are approaching, the time of depositing the cash subsidy and charging the credit of the electronic invoice has become one of the most important livelihood issues of the households. In addition to monthly payments, increasing the credit of Kalaberg for groups of households has also been proposed, and examining the economic status of the applicants plays an important role in identifying the beneficiaries of this support. In the following, read the details of the time of cash subsidy deposit, the timing of charging goods, the credit amount, the conditions for its increase, and the economic criteria for identifying eligible households.
The time of cash subsidy deposit in Mehr 1405
According to the monthly plan of the Subsidy Targeting Organization, the cash subsidy of Mehrmah is deposited into the account of household heads in two stages. Based on this, the cash subsidy for the first to third deciles will be paid on October 25 and the fourth to ninth deciles will be paid on October 30.
The amount of cash subsidy for the first to third deciles per person is 400 thousand tomans and for the fourth to ninth deciles is 300 thousand tomans. Therefore, the final amount received by each household is calculated based on the number of eligible members and its income tithe.
The charging time of the second stage of the electronic goods list is Mehr 1405
According to the schedule announced by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, the credit of the Mehrmah electronic invoice will be charged in three stages based on the last number of the national code of the head of the household. This timing method has been implemented with the aim of facilitating the access of beneficiaries to credit for purchasing basic goods.
The details of the charging schedule for the Mehr month goods are as follows:
the first stage; 15 October: Households whose last digit of the national code of their head is zero, one or two. Households covered by the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee, the Welfare Organization, and those related to the armed forces are also included in this stage.
the second stage; 25th October: Households whose last digit of the national code of their head is 3, 4, 5 or 6.
the third stage; November 5: Households whose last digit of the national code of their head is 7, 8 or 9.
Based on this, on Saturday, October 25th, the credit card of households included in the second stage, as well as the subsidy of the first to third deciles, will be charged. Also, it will be possible to purchase with allocated credit in October until the end of November.
How much is the amount of Mehramah goods and who is subject to credit increase?
The basic credit of the electronic goods list in October for regular beneficiaries is 1 million tomans per person. However, for some supported households, an increase in credits has also been applied and the extension of this support to more groups of the society is being pursued.
According to the announced information, about 11 million people covered by the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee and the Welfare Organization have been included in the group of recipients of increased credit. Also, according to the statements of Seyed Hamid Pourmohammadi, head of the Program and Budget Organization, about 40 million people, equivalent to 18,300,000 households, will be put in the review process to increase the validity of Kalaberg after the completion of the self-declaration process and review of requests.
Meanwhile, the final amount of credit increase for all eligible groups has not yet been definitively announced. Therefore, the amounts mentioned about the increase in the inventory of other households are not certain until the official announcement and should be considered as suggested or published estimates.
Who are subject to the increase in the electronic invoice?
According to the explanations provided by the CEO of the Subsidies Targeting Organization, increasing the credit of Kalaberg is aimed at supporting more needy households and vulnerable groups. In this framework, in addition to the households covered by the support institutions, the livelihood and economic status of other applicants is also examined.
The proposed groups for increasing the credit of Kalaberg are:
- Households covered by the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee and the Welfare Organization;
- People with incurable diseases;
- Households with members with moderate or severe disabilities;
- Families with malnourished children;
- Households without property and cars whose monthly income is less than 20 million Tomans;
- Households whose bank transactions are less than 20 million tomans.
However, having any of these conditions does not necessarily mean the final approval of the application, and the status of the applicants should be checked based on the registered information and the implementation criteria of the plan.
What are the economic criteria for identifying households subject to the Kalaberg?
Qualified households are identified and their economic status is assessed based on the information recorded in the databases of executive bodies. In this process, indicators such as income, real estate and car value, financial assets, housing ownership status and bank account turnover are taken into consideration.
The most important economic criteria proposed to evaluate the status of households are:
- Value of residential land: ownership of residential land with a daily value of more than 500 billion Rials, equivalent to 50 billion Tomans;
- Value of property or non-residential land: ownership of a residential unit or non-residential land with a value of more than 750 billion Rials, equivalent to 75 billion Tomans;
- Car value: the total value of passenger cars and double-cabin vans is more than 75 billion Rials, equivalent to 7.5 billion Tomans;
-Energy consumption: being among the five percent of subscribers with the highest energy consumption;
Stock market assets: being among the five percent of people with the highest stock value in the capital market;
- Banking facilities: being among the 2.5% of people with the highest balance of bank facilities;
- Commercial card: having an active commercial card;
-Duration of stay in the country: stay less than 182 days per year based on registered information;
-Financial information: review of account turnover in the last 24 months, transactions related to gold and the value of cryptocurrency assets.
Information related to the ownership and residence status of households is also checked through the National Real Estate and Housing System, and financial data is evaluated through the exchange of information between related institutions, including the Central Bank and the Tax Administration.
However, the existence of any of these indicators alone does not mean the definitive exclusion of the household from the list of Kalaberg recipients; Rather, the economic status of people should be checked according to the set of information and determined criteria.
