240 National Housing Movement Units Delivered in Delijan and Mahallat Coinciding with Fajr Decade

Arak – The Deputy for Housing and Urban Development of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said: With new facilities provided by the National Housing Fund, 240 housing units in the cities of Delijan and Mahallat will be inaugurated and handed over coinciding with the Fajr Decade.

Arak - The deputy head of housing and urban development of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said: With the provision of new facilities from the National Housing Fund, 240 residential units in the cities of Dilijan and Mahalat will be opened and delivered at the same time as the Fajr decade.

Seyyed Mehdi Hedayat, while visiting the projects of the National Housing Movement in the cities of Dilijan and Mahalat, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, said: With the follow-up of the representatives of the people of Dilijan and Mahalat in the Islamic Council and the Governor of Dilijan, the implementation process of the projects of the National Housing Movement of this city was investigated.

He added: The infrastructure services of the National Housing Movement projects in Dilijan have been completed and the preparation and asphalt operations of these projects are scheduled to be completed by the end of this December.

The vice president of housing and urban development of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation continued: With the provision of new resources from the supplementary facilities and the National Housing Fund, it has been decided that 160 units of these projects will be opened and delivered to the people of Dilijan in the Fajr decade.

Hedayat stated: Also, about 48 other units of the National Housing Movement projects in Dilijan will be completed by the end of May next year, and the realization of this issue is subject to fulfilling the obligations of the applicants in the department.

Pointing to the appropriate quality of project implementation, he said: the decisions taken during the visit will accelerate the implementation process of the projects, and in case of timely deposit from the applicants, the units will be delivered in the designated schedule and with appropriate quality.

Delivery of 80 units of the National Housing Movement by the end of Fajr

Referring to the visit of the National Housing Movement project in Mahalat city, the vice president of housing and urban development of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said: 40 units of the projects of this city will be delivered to the applicants by the end of December and another 40 units will be delivered to the applicants in the second phase, at the same time as the decade of Fajr.

While appreciating the patience of the applicants and their cooperation with the Housing Foundation, Hedayat added: With the decisions taken and the injection of the National Housing Fund facilities and supplementary facilities to the National Movement projects, the process of physical development of other neighborhood units will also accelerate.

He emphasized: Fulfilling the obligations of the applicants in the field of provision of money plays an important role in the completion and advancement of projects and it is necessary for people to pay their money on time.

The deputy head of housing and urban development of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation also announced plans to convert part of the Mahallat project units into "Maskan Omid" and said: This action is aimed at helping the first to fourth deciles who are not able to fully support themselves, so that part of the housing needs of the low-income groups will be met.

Hedayat expressed his gratitude to the service providers of Mahalat city and stated: With the follow-up of the representative of the people of Mahalat and Dilijan in the Islamic Council, the infrastructure services of these projects were completed even earlier than the implementation of the units, and this project is among the projects that have a favorable condition in terms of infrastructure services.
