Stolen Money Returned to Victim of Prize Scam in East Azerbaijan

East Azerbaijan Cyber Police Chief announced that 3 billion rials were returned to the account of a citizen who, deceived by a trick claiming they had won a lottery held by a mobile operator, had shared their banking information with cyber fraudsters.
