Sefir Arjan - Krzysztofski settlement in the city of Kamina Gora, Poland, is a residential complex that was built around 1980-1985. This town is located on the slopes of the Sanatorium mountain in the central Sudeten region.

The geographical location of this complex is one of its most important features. The town has a lot of green space, and from the higher floors of the buildings, you can see views of the Kamina Gora valley.

Due to the combination of the topographical location and the architecture of the buildings, this complex has been described by some architecture enthusiasts as one of the most beautiful block towns in Poland.

Two different types of residential blocks

The buildings of Krzheshovsky settlement consist of two main types. The first type is described as "Zhiltkovitse" due to the details of the balconies. From the point of view of the designer of this name, the shape of this detail is reminiscent of the ends of razor blades.

The railings of the balconies are rhythmically repeated in the facade of the building, giving the blocks a different and futuristic look. A similar example of these details has been observed in the town of Šklarska Premba Gorna, except that there the details are made of wood, not reinforced concrete.

The second type of buildings is described as "skorvitse". The reason for this name is the special shape of the details of the balconies, which resembles a stretched skin; An element that has been introduced as a symbol of the tanning industry.

In addition to the architecture and different details of the buildings, Krezheshovsky town has a lot of green space. Its location on the slope of the mountain has also made the residents of the upper floors enjoy wide views of the Kamina Gora valley.
