Isfahan - The Deputy Director of Document Affairs of the General Directorate of Deeds and Real Estate Registration of Isfahan province announced that 793 official notaries offices of the province have been equipped with audio and video recording cameras.

Hussain Hadizadeh, the deputy of document affairs of Isfahan province's General Directorate of Deeds and Real Estate Registration, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, stating that in line with the strict implementation of legal duties, protecting the rights of citizens and improving the legal security factor of transactions, the national plan to equip notary offices with video and audio monitoring systems has been implemented in Isfahan province, and with the efforts made, all offices in the province have been equipped with these facilities. The process of providing equipment, installing and setting up audio and video recording cameras in all official document offices of the province has been fully operational and completed.

Referring to the scope of this plan in Isfahan province, he added: the total number of notary offices included in this plan in all parts of the province is 793, fortunately, all of them are now equipped with standard audio and video recording systems so that the process of preparing, registering and executing official documents can be done with more accuracy, monitoring and confidence.

The deputy of document affairs of the General Directorate of Deeds and Real Estate Registration of Isfahan province, emphasizing the legal and regulatory achievements of this action, stated: the use of audio and video recording equipment in the environment of notary offices is a reliable and powerful tool for the legal protection of clients and parties to transactions, the decisive prevention of possible violations, the reduction of legal disputes and the creation of maximum transparency in all registration processes.

Referring to the continuation of specialized supervision on the operation of the offices, Hadizadeh noted: the inspectors and experts of this General Directorate will have continuous and strict supervision on the proper implementation of the provisions of the aforementioned regulations, as well as the continuity of the uninterrupted operation and the standard of the mentioned equipment at the level of all 793 offices of Isfahan province, so that the legal tasks are completed with the highest quality and efficiently.
