Birjand- The Chief Justice of South Khorasan announced the compromise in the case of a divorce request of a family in Beshravieh city with the efforts of the members of the first branch of the dispute resolution council and the participation of benefactors.

According to Mehr reporter, Mohammad Jaafar Abdallahi, referring to the role of dispute resolution councils in promoting the culture of peace and reconciliation, said in the morning on Saturday: Members of the first branch of the dispute resolution council of Beshravieh city, with continuous follow-up and taking advantage of the capacity of donors, in the case of a family dispute of a needy family, provided the basis for the agreement of couples and maintaining their common life.

The Chief Justice of the province continued: At the same time, they took effective measures to solve some of the medical and livelihood problems of this family.

He added: This case was related to a lady who was facing movement restrictions due to severe varicose veins and requested a separation with her 16-year-old daughter due to family and livelihood problems.

Trying to maintain the family center and provide residential security

The Chief Justice of South Khorasan continued: With the efforts of the members of the Council and communication with the imprisoned couple, the necessary agreement was reached to definitively transfer the remaining share of the residential house to the name of the wife in return for the dowry in order to strengthen the residential security of this family.

Abdollahi added: The commitment of the couple to follow up the process of treatment and addiction treatment and payment of alimony was also emphasized, and follow-ups are ongoing to satisfy the private plaintiff and provide grounds for his release from prison.

Giving an electric wheelchair to the mother of the family

Referring to the support measures taken for this family, he said: due to the severe mobility limitation of the mother of the family, the members of the Dispute Resolution Council secured the necessary credit for the purchase of an electric wheelchair by attracting the participation of donors.

The Chief Justice of South Khorasan said: In this action, an electric wheelchair worth one billion and 400 million rials was prepared and presented to this needy lady at the same time as the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab Kobari (peace be upon her).

Funding the treatment costs of a 16-year-old girl

Abdallahi further mentioned the medical support for the daughter of this family and added: due to heredity and dental problems, this teenager was facing difficulties in her daily life and being in the school and community environment.

He clarified: 680 million rials were allocated for prosthetic services and full restoration of this teenager's teeth in order to improve his oral and dental health and facilitate his presence in the educational and social environment.
