According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, citing the Hamas information base, the Hamas movement, by publishing a report on the occasion of the passing of nearly a year since the cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip, announced that the Zionist regime has widely violated the provisions of this agreement during the past 364 days.

According to this report, the ceasefire agreement included the cessation of military operations in the Gaza Strip, the withdrawal of Israeli forces to a distance of 700 meters from the border, the exchange of prisoners between Hamas and the Zionist regime, the reopening of the Rafah crossing for travelers in both directions, the return of displaced persons to their areas of residence, the daily arrival of 550 trucks carrying humanitarian aid, the daily arrival of 50 fuel and gas trucks, and the start of Gaza reconstruction projects.

According to published statistics, as a result of the violation of the ceasefire by the Zionist regime, 1,488 Palestinians were martyred and 5,280 were injured. Also, 203 Palestinians have been arrested during this period.

This report has recorded 2,293 cases of shooting, 2,293 cases of bombing and targeting different areas, and 2,293 cases of Israeli military vehicles advancing into the "yellow line". Also, 511 cases of destruction and explosion of houses have been registered.

In the section related to the entry of trucks, Hamas announced that according to the terms of the agreement, 100,100 trucks carrying aid should have entered Gaza, but only 35,810 trucks, equivalent to 35.7% of the determined amount, have entered this area.

In the field of fuel, only 2,815 trucks, equivalent to 15.4%, have been allowed to enter Gaza out of a total of 18,200 trucks that were supposed to enter Gaza according to the agreement.

This report also mentions the restrictions imposed on the Rafah land crossing. According to the agreement, 150 passengers were supposed to leave Gaza every day, and within 364 days their number should reach 54,600 people, but in practice only 7,215 people have managed to leave the Gaza Strip.

Also, 50 Palestinians were supposed to return to Gaza daily, which should have reached 18,200 people, but only 6,797 people were allowed to return. In addition, the Zionist regime prevented 91 Palestinians from traveling and returned them from the crossing.
