I feel happy and sad about Iranian women riding motorcycles

Tomik Banousyan, the head of the Armenian Automobile Racing and Motorcycling Federation, said: All over the world, women also have a license. Motorcycle is necessary in everyday life. Women also need it to do daily tasks. In the few days that I am in Iran, I am both happy and sad that Iranian women ride motorcycles without a license. There is the issue of their insurance and certification, and I hope that happens soon.
