Borujerd Article 16 Center Nears Operation

Borujerd – The Borujerd governor said the Article 16 center in the county is nearing operation.

According to Mehr reporter, Qadratullah Voldi, during his visit to the Article 15 Center in Borujerd this Tuesday evening, emphasized the importance of setting up the Article 16 Center in Borujerd and stated: This center is the second center of its kind in Lorestan province, which is being prepared with the follow-up of the city administration and the cooperation of relevant institutions, especially Borujerd Municipality.

He added: The establishment of this center has an important role in organizing and maintaining drug addicts and providing them with treatment and rehabilitation, and it can help improve the security and mental peace of citizens and improve the social status of the city by reducing social harm.

Emphasizing the need to speed up the completion of this center, the special governor of Borujerd stated: The preparation and launch of the Article 16 center is one of the city's social priorities, and the responsible institutions should cooperate and synergize to provide the basis for its operation within the framework of legal regulations and in compliance with health and medical standards.

In this visit, the political, security and social deputy of the governor, the prosecutor and the mayor of Borujerd were also present and visited the preparation process of this center.
