Ayatollah Qorbani Attracted People with His Moral Virtues

Rasht – The representative of Gilan's people in the Assembly of Experts for Leadership said the wide presence of people from various segments at the funeral of Ayatollah Qorbani reflects the moral virtues and popular standing of the late cleric.

Rasht- The representative of the people of Gilan in the Assembly of Leadership Experts considered the large presence of people from different walks of life in the funeral ceremony of Ayatollah Ghorbani as an indication of the moral virtues and popular status of this late scholar.

Ayatollah Seyed Ali Hosseini Ashkuri, speaking to Mehr reporter on the sidelines of the funeral and burial ceremony of Ayatollah Zainul Abdin Ghorbani, while condoling the passing of this outstanding scholar, said: Ayatollah Ghorbani's moral virtues had caused people from different walks of life, from intellectuals and officials to ordinary people, to be interested in him, and even today, this widespread presence and influence of people at the funeral ceremony is an expression of this position.

Referring to Ayatollah Ghorbani's scientific and preaching position, the representative of the people of Gilan in the Council of Leadership Experts added: "His sermons during his tenure were known and noted, and the deceased played an effective role in the scientific and preaching fields."

Referring to the difficult conditions of the country and the livelihood problems of the people, he expressed hope that with God's grace, the existing problems will be resolved and the people will be able to experience better conditions.

Ayatollah Ashkouri also appreciated the officials who are present with the people and said: We thank the respected officials, especially the executive officials, who are present with the people and among them.

Referring to the presence of the Governor of Gilan and other officials in the funeral ceremony of Ayatollah Ghorbani, he emphasized the necessity of mutual gratitude between the people and the officials and added: People should appreciate their officials and officials should also appreciate this loyal nation.

The representative of the people of Gilan in the assembly of leadership experts considered the mutual loyalty of the people and the officials as a divine blessing and clarified: This empathy is one of the blessings of Islam and the leadership of the Imam and should be appreciated.
