Fortunately, since February of last year, the approval of the Board of Ministers was also obtained to provide housing for the deprived in cities and villages, and based on that, special facilities were considered for the implementation of this plan, which the banks are paying for.

He continued: In addition to bank facilities, the housing foundation's resources are also concentrated with the aim of paying grants to applicants. Considering that the cost of housing construction in the current situation is high and does not match the economic status of the deprived, the agreement with Qarz Al-Hosna Bank is one of the suitable opportunities to help finance this project.

Khaja Delavi reminded: In the agreement made with Qarzah Al-Hosna Bank, amounts are foreseen as Qarzah Al-Hosnah loan facilities, which will be paid within the framework of the facility ceiling determined by the Central Bank. This ceiling is announced by the Central Bank at different times and accordingly, in the agreement, it is foreseen that 200 million Tomans of Qarz Al-Hosna loan facility will be provided for each residential unit in the "Houses of Hope" project.

Referring to the implementation plan of this project this year, he stated: The Housing Foundation's plan to implement the Houses of Hope project this year is to build 220,000 residential units across the country, which is considered a broad plan.

The head of the Housing Foundation continued: The Housing Foundation provides land to the applicants without receiving any money in the areas where it has land. Applicants who have private land can use their land to implement the project.

Explaining the conditions for benefiting from the facilities of the Hope Houses project, he said: Applicants must have two conditions to use the support of this project; First, they should be placed in the first to fourth income deciles so that the deprived sections of the society can benefit from these facilities. The second condition is that form "C" is green; This means that the applicant has not received government facilities in the field of housing before.

Khajedaloui stated: Applicants who meet these two conditions can use the facilities provided in the plan anywhere in the country. In the cities, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has taken over the provision of land and these lands are provided to the applicants free of charge.

The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation continued: The provision of land in existing cities has been done and will continue. Necessary land has been provided in new cities. In this regard, a memorandum of understanding for the provision of land for 50,000 units has been signed with the National Land and Housing Organization, and another memorandum for the provision of land for 25,000 units has been signed with the New City Construction Company, and the process of land allocation is underway.

He added: According to the latest report we received until Saturday, the implementation of 105,000 units out of a total of 220,000 units predicted in the Houses of Hope project has started, which shows that this program is progressing at a good pace.

Referring to the implementation method of this plan, Khajedaloui said: In the Houses of Hope project, the people themselves participate in the housing construction process. The difference between this plan and other concentrated housing projects is that the implementation of the units is done with the direct participation of the applicants. The Housing Foundation follows up the issuance of building permits for applicants free of charge, and measures related to the engineering system are also foreseen in the same framework.
