Kermanshah - The governor of Kermanshah emphasized on using the scientific capacity of elites to solve the problems of the province and announced the pursuit of removing the obstacles of knowledge-based companies and providing housing for this group.
According to Mehr reporter, on Thursday evening, Kermanshah Governor Manouchehr Habibi, in a meeting with elites and top talents of the province on the occasion of elite week, emphasized the necessity of using creative ideas and scientific power of this group in the development path.
Stating that the progress of the society depends on the thinking and capabilities of the elites, he said: Human capital is considered the most important capacity of any society, and the use of knowledge, creativity and initiative of the elites can be the basis for transformation in the economic, industrial, production and social sectors.
Pointing to the importance of turning knowledge into practical achievements, Kermanshah governor added: moving towards a knowledge-based economy and realizing a resistance economy requires trust in domestic power and support for ideas that lead to increased productivity and creating added value.
Emphasizing the necessity of accompanying executive bodies with scientific proposals, Habibi stated: Plans that can improve the quality of services, the speed of doing things, or the way the bodies work, should be reviewed and supported. Resistance to new and efficient methods should also give way to a review of management approaches.
He considered the presentation of executive solutions as one of the expectations from the elite society and said: identifying problems alone is not enough and the elites should play a role in removing obstacles and progressing the province by providing practical and applicable proposals. The administration of the province is also ready to provide the basis for the use of this capacity.
In another part of his speech, the governor of Kermanshah mentioned the selection of the head of the elite foundation of the province and added: in this selection, being young, having a suitable scientific position and familiarity with the issues and demands of the elites were taken into consideration. It is hoped that with the presence of Dr. Roshni, the foundation's relationship with the elite society will be strengthened and follow-up of the problems of this group will be facilitated.
Habibi also informed about the planning for the representative of the elite foundation to attend meetings and important management working groups of the province and stated: the head of the foundation can represent the elite in meetings such as the planning council, the employment and investment council, and the administrative council, so that the views and suggestions of this group can be raised directly in the decision-making process.
He further stated that housing is one of the concerns of the elites and said: "In order to pursue this issue, the Elite Foundation should prepare a list of qualified applicants and send it to the General Department of Roads and Urban Development so that the possibility of them benefiting from the land capacity and housing construction facilities will be investigated and provided."
In the end, the governor of Kermanshah emphasized the need to remove the obstacles to the development of knowledge-based companies and strengthen the relationship between the elites and executive bodies, and demanded to follow up on the demands of this group and effectively use their scientific power to solve the problems of the province.
