The President stated: We should not accept that our children are deprived of proper education, do not have enough space and necessary facilities, and cannot grow in a proper environment.
Referring to his experience during his tenure in the government, Medekian recalled: When I was a minister, there were many discussions about education and health and treatment in government meetings, and some considered these areas as expenses; While when a building was built or a factory was established, it was referred to as income and investment.
He continued: I don't want to speak in a way that creates an inappropriate impression, but the same factory or building that you create, if there is no competent person on top of it, it can destroy all your capital and become worthless.
Emphasizing the importance of human resources in maintaining and exploiting the country's capital, the president noted: the capital you create cannot maintain its real value without proper management and human resources.
