Construction of 200,000 Housing Units for the Underprivileged / Free Land and 400-Million Non-Repayable Aid for Beneficiaries

The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation announced the start of construction on 105,000 housing units under the 'Khaneh Omid' plan, saying the initiative aims to help disadvantaged groups become homeowners through a low-density building model, free land allocation, and interest-free loans with monthly installments of 6.5 million tomans, and is currently being implemented.

The head of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation announced the beginning of the executive operation of 105,000 residential units in the form of the "House of Hope" project and said: "This project is being implemented with the aim of providing housing for the underprivileged with a low-density construction model, giving free land and providing loan facilities with monthly installments of 6.5 million tomans."
