Tabriz Urban Services on 100% Standby to Manage Possible Rainfall

The Deputy for Environment and Urban Services of the Tabriz mayor announced full standby of operational forces, machinery and urban services equipment to manage forecast rainfall. He said that through preventive measures, clearing surface-water drainage channels and inspecting underpass drainage pumps, the necessary arrangements have been made to reduce the risk of waterlogged streets and manage urban runoff.

The deputy of environment and urban services of the mayor of Tabriz announced the full readiness of operational forces, machinery and equipment of urban services to manage the predicted rainfall and said: by implementing preventive measures, cleaning the paths of directing surface water and checking the water drainage pumps of the underpasses, the necessary measures have been taken to reduce the possibility of flooding of the roads and the management of urban runoff.
