According to the report of Arjan Ambassador, Sergeant Major Moinreza Farkhandeh, the spokesperson of the Mashhad Fire Department, stated: The hand of a 22-year-old worker got stuck inside the mixer of a sausage and sausage factory located in Tos Industrial Town, leading to his death. This incident was reported to the 125 system at 10:32 today, and rescue teams from stations 50, 36, and 7 were immediately dispatched to the site.

The spokesman of the Mashhad Fire Department added: "Unfortunately, this young worker was cleaning the inside of the mixer machine when his hand got stuck in the machine, and due to the severity of the accident, the emergency workers at the scene confirmed his death."

He stated: The firemen's colleagues carried out the operation of removing the body of this worker from the machine, fully observing the safety principles, and this operation ended at 11:02.

While stating that the cause of the accident is under investigation, Farrokhande asked the officials of industrial units and employers to pay special attention to complying with the principles of safety in the workplace, installing safety guards on dangerous devices and fully training the forces in order to prevent such bitter and irreparable accidents.
