A member of the 90th Principle Commission of the Islamic Council, emphasizing the follow-up of violations of the Iran University of Medical Sciences, said: "More than 90 percent of the violations of the Iran University of Medical Sciences were detected with the arrival of the monitoring devices."
According to Ambassador Arjan Ali Khezrian, Tehran's representative in the Islamic Council, while explaining the latest status of the Iran University of Medical Sciences' violations case, referring to Mahrez's violations in the Iran University of Medical Sciences case, stated: Our main issue in this case is the sole and only protection of public resources, preservation of public funds, and the vindication of public rights, and reducing expert and regulatory demands to political issues is just a trick to escape and cover up Mahrez's administrative and financial violations.
The member of the 90th Principle Commission of the Islamic Council added: After more than one and a half years have passed since the beginning of detailed investigations, inspections and the all-round entry of supervisory agencies, including the State Audit Office and the General Inspection Organization, official documents and reports indicate that more than 90% of the reported violations and reports have been definitively confirmed. However, unfortunately, the Ministry of Health is still passive in dealing with the violators, despite the frequent and numerous correspondences of the Honorable President of the 90th Principle Commission, and failure to deal with these violations is not permissible in any way.
He strongly criticized the vague, general answers and delaying the proceedings of the executive bodies under the title "The matter is under investigation", and stated: Providing such general and comprehensive answers not only delays the proceedings in dealing with the violators of this case, but also undermines public trust in the supervisory bodies. The public opinion has the right to know why, despite the confirmation of violations in areas such as illegal receipts, problematic contracts such as Shafagostar Archida and Shafaperto Eurasia Teb companies, illegal appointments outside of the structure, illegal changes in medical equipment contracts, and financial uncertainties of foreign currency income of international patients, etc., no decisive and deterrent action has yet been taken in the Ministry of Health.
In the end, Khazarian reiterated the direct responsibility of the Ministry of Health and the regulatory authorities: it is expected that the monitoring bodies, relying on the confirmed reports of the three monitoring institutions, will deal decisively and without consideration with the violators, supporters and managers involved in these violations until the final result is achieved, and the Ministry of Health will also fulfill its legal duty in dealing with the violators and protecting the treasury by abandoning passivity and general answers.
