Smart Upgrade of All Semnan Province Roads to Be Completed Before Mid-November

The head of the Road Management Center at the Semnan Provincial Road Maintenance and Transportation Department reported that more than 80% of inspection, servicing, and overhaul operations on the province's smart road equipment have been completed, and said preparation of this equipment will be finished before mid-November.
