Shiraz – Head coach of Arak Aluminum football team criticized the non-payment of dues to the club's technical staff and players. He said efforts are underway to resolve technical problems and return to better days.

Shiraz- The head coach of Arak Aluminum football team, criticizing the non-payment of the demands of the technical staff and players of this team, announced the effort to solve the technical problems and return to the good days.

According to Mehr reporter, Pirouz Ghorbani said in a press conference on Tuesday evening after the defeat of Arak Aluminum against Fajr Shahid Sepasi of Shiraz: The game did not go as we wanted and we lost, but the most important issue is the team's reaction to the first loss of the season. Because this reaction can determine our conditions in the rest of the competition.

The head coach of Aluminum Arak criticized the financial situation of this team and said: Since the beginning of the war, the demands of the technical staff have not been paid. During this time, the value of money has decreased several times, while the members of the technical staff and players have families and have to manage their lives.

Referring to the officials' promises to pay the demands, he added: "Before the game, the club officials were looking for me, but during the period when we were trying to meet the demands of the technical staff and players, they were often promised to pay in the coming weeks, and these promises were not fulfilled."

Emphasizing the importance of respecting the rights of team members, Ghorbani said: I have no grudge against anyone, but rights are an important issue and the authorities should be accountable for the demands of the technical staff and players.

He also said about his presence in Fajr Shahid Sepasi Shiraz: I enjoyed working in Fajr and I was proud to work in this team. I am the victor of the victim and I don't need applause and titles, but I expect people to be treated the right way.

I believe in the return of aluminum to the good days

Referring to the technical conditions of his team, the head coach of Aluminum Arak stated: Our team has faced problems in the last two games. In the previous match at home, we drew and lost this match as well. We need to find problems and take time to solve them.

He continued: "Football cannot be judged by one game; The league is a long marathon and teams have to show their performance throughout the season.

Expressing confidence in his players' ability, Ghorbani said: I believe in these players and I know that they are trying hard. We work so hard and spend time to find the problems and change these conditions anyway.

In the end, emphasizing the role of the technical staff in overcoming difficult situations, he noted: the art of a coach is to be able to find a way to overcome difficulties. The technical staff and I are trying to solve the team's problems and I believe that our young players will return to their good days.
