Monday night's emotions seemed to get the better of Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson after the Buffalo Bills won their matchup 37-34 in overtime.
Bills linebacker Bradley Chubb appeared to be saying something to Jackson as the lineman was taking off his pads. While Chubb was talking to other Rams players at midfield, Jackson walked up to the quarterback and punched him in the face.

"It's just emotion, you know what I mean? Emotional game. It was a close game," Chubb told the California Post after the game. "And, you know, they always get the second guy. So, I let him swing. And then my teammates held me back, and I just went cold."
Before things could escalate, Chubb was pulled off the field by a teammate.
"Like I said, it was an emotional game. Tempers flared," he added. But it is what it is.
Chubb said he is fine and should be ready for Week 6.
Jackson did not seem to care about the incident. He is likely to face a suspension for the conflict.

The Bills improved to 4-1 on the year. Los Angeles falls to 2-3.
