Referring to the project file that has received the required land since 2019, but has not had significant implementation progress, he added: Although six years have passed since the land was handed over, the actions taken are not commensurate with the time that has passed, and it is necessary to make a decision on the continuation of the project implementation process, based on the actual progress and the commitments of the executive.

The Deputy Coordinator of Economic Affairs of Kermanshah Governorate, referring to the possibility of considering a limited deadline for completing the implementation preparations of the plan, clarified: the extension of the deadline, if agreed by the members of the working group, should be accompanied by a specific schedule and a commitment to assessable progress; In such a way that at the end of the set deadline, the implementation measures, including the construction of the shed and the advancement of the technical and operational stages of the project, will be objectively examined.
