According to the information received from the Iranian Statistics Center, the identification of empty houses based on matching residential and energy consumption data has entered a new stage.
According to Ambassador Arjan, based on the information received from the Iranian Statistics Center, the identification of empty houses using new statistical methods and matching the data of different devices is being pursued, and the new statistics of these units are supposed to be determined by March 1405.
Previously, the identification of empty houses was done based on the information of government systems and data related to the state of residence, but the lack of integrated information and the difficulty of identifying the real residence, the accurate identification of these units and the separation of empty houses from second residences had faced a challenge.
To solve these challenges, in the new method, people's residence information is checked based on statistical blocks, and energy consumption data, the number of tenants, second residences and converted units are also used to complete the statistics and increase the accuracy of identifying empty houses.
