Following up on resolving issues with the fuel card ID registration plan at gas stations
A spokesperson for the country's gas station guild said: Fuel card ID registration at gas stations has been implemented in Tehran, and we are collecting public, expert, and station owner feedback, criticisms, and suggestions to relay to the plan's decision-makers so that any potential problems can be addressed. The article "Following up on resolving issues with the fuel card ID registration plan at gas stations" first appeared on Safir Arjan.
The spokesperson of the country's gas stations association said: The identification of gas stations' fuel cards has been implemented in Tehran and we are receiving comments, criticisms and suggestions from people, experts and owners of gas stations to reflect and follow up on possible problems to the decision makers of the project.
According to Ambassador Arjan, Reza Nawaz - the spokesperson of the Fuel Station Association stated: There have been continuous criticisms regarding the use of station cards, and unfortunately, sometimes violations or negligence were attributed to station personnel, and in most cases, the limitation of cards was the cause of non-presentation. On the other hand, it was not clear who was using the station card and it was not possible to track it. Finally, the officials of the subsidiary companies of the Ministry of Oil decided to use a method to identify the fuel card of the stations.
He continued: After this plan was approved, we were asked for our opinion, and we gave our expert opinions regarding the quality of providing services to the people and reducing problems for fuel stations. There is no doubt that if the problems of the plan are reduced and the duration of refueling is reduced to avoid queues, we can hope for the merits of the plan.
Nawaz added: "Definitely, all plans have merits and demerits, and the art of the decision-makers there is determined by looking at the issue with a specialized perspective and from all dimensions." With the implementation of this project, we have seen a decrease in the sales of the stations, the reasons for which are being investigated, but since the royalties of the stations are analyzed and determined by the amount of sales, now with this decrease in Tehran or as a result of the implementation of the plans in other provinces, the royalties should be reviewed again.
He continued: One of the most important criticisms of the people is the deduction of 1000 Tomans for the allocation of codes by the electronic payment company, which does not belong to the station, and according to the people's request, we are pursuing possible permits for such a withdrawal, as well as increasing the number of electronic payment companies in the stations and participating in this project in order to create competition and at least significantly reduce this number.
In the end, he said: the refueling of motorcycles is accompanied by problems with the implementation of the plan, and the officials have promised to take the necessary measures to solve the problems.
