According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Hossein Dakhiyan, referring to the holding of this exercise, he said: This operation was held in the presence of Shujaei, Deputy Mayor of Karaj, Karimi Panah, Director General of Coordination and Supervision of Municipal Services, Kayani, Head of Waste Management Organization of Karaj Municipality, Deputy Governors of ten regions, and a group of municipal and provincial administration officials.

He added: In this maneuver, light and heavy mechanized machinery from the field of urban services were used with the participation of ten regions, waste management organization, firefighting and safety services, and the General Directorate of Crisis Studies and Passive Defense to evaluate the level of readiness of the equipment and executive forces to face the weather conditions of the cold season.

Emphasizing the necessity of the city management complex's preparation to provide services in the cold days of the year, Dakhiyan said: specialized machines needed to remove waterlogging, snow removal and prevent freezing of roads have been planned at the level of the regions, and this exercise was held with the aim of coordinating more executive factors and improving operational readiness.
