According to Mehr reporter, the official opening ceremony of "Hamsada" club was held at noon today, Saturday, the 25th of Mehr, in the presence of Ahmed Pahlavanian, Vice President of Sound, Director General of Public Relations of the Broadcasting Organization and Deputy Cultural Officer of National Media, in the conference hall of the Vice President of Sound in Shahadai Radio building.
A club that is not limited to the capital
At the beginning of this ceremony, Ali Jafari Fatemi, director of Hamsada Club, referring to the beginning of talent search activities in the field of speaking and acting, stated: About four years ago, the plan to find and identify talents in the field of speaking and acting was started in Iran, and four rounds of this plan have been held so far. Many of those present in this ceremony are among the accepted and chosen ones of different courses of this project, which, with the development of activities, provided the foundation for the establishment of "Hamsada" club.
Stating that "Hamsada" club was launched with the aim of expanding activities across the country, Jafari Fatemi clarified: "This club tries to provide the field for identifying and cultivating local talents by crossing the geographical area of the capital and being present in different provinces of the country and helping to create capable media arms for the Broadcasting Organization."
In addition, he appreciated the support and support of the Director General of Iran Interactive Radio in the formation of Hamsada Club and expressed hope that this group can take steps in the direction of realizing the goals and policies of the Broadcasting Organization with the cooperation of related departments.
In the end, he emphasized: We hope that "Hamsada" club will be able to identify and cultivate talents from all over the country, provide the ground for more effective activities of popular forces in the field of content production and achieve the desired goals of the directors of the Broadcasting Organization.
In addition, Mohammad Ghafari, director of Iran Sada, said: Media organizations must constantly think about updating, new talents and voices. At the same time, it is not right to train young people and then practically abandon them, but with Mr. Pahlavanian's guidelines, we reached a model. "Hamsada" club has 2 characteristics that make it different from previous efforts; First, talent search and training are associated with organization and a system is set up in which this happens. Secondly, we have paid attention to the issue of popular production. The head of the organization has said many times that this media is the people's media and people should be helped. We train people in the courses that are held and they create content on the topics that are presented to them. The planning and program center announces the topics to the networks and with the organization that occurs, we use people's productions. This happens only with a synergy in the broadcasting organization.

He added: One of the most serious requirements is for IranSada to transform from a broadcasting platform into a "Persian language listening media biosphere". Of course, this important thing has many technical, economic and regulatory requirements, but IranSada must become a place where all the country's audio media activists have an active presence in this platform. One of the essentials for IranSada to become such an ecosystem is that all media activists have a serious presence in this platform in order to identify, grow, train, organize and utilize, and one of our measures in this direction is the "Hamsada" club.

The future of the media in the world is going in a direction where there will not be a boundary between radio and television, and I think that this move is a leap, and for the leap, we must have an aggressive strategy.
