The Deputy of Rahor Faraja Police said: Drivers' licenses are confiscated for at least 6 months, and these people, in addition to being banned from driving, will be introduced to judicial authorities.

According to Arjan's ambassador, Sardar Ahmed Karmi Asad emphasized the necessity of verifying the physical and mental health of drivers and added: in case of not having the necessary health conditions for driving, according to Article 10 of the law on dealing with traffic violations, the person will be prevented from driving and his license will be confiscated for at least 6 months. Also, introducing the offending driver to the judicial authorities is on the agenda.

Ambassador Arjan wrote: Referring to the importance of driver's health in preventing traffic accidents, Sardar Karmi Asad stated that having physical and mental health is one of the basic conditions for driving and obtaining related licenses, and these conditions must be met in the initial stages of issuing a license.

He added: However, some drivers may no longer have the necessary conditions for safe driving due to various reasons, including suffering from problems that affect their driving ability, after receiving a license. In such cases, checking the driver's condition and making a legal decision to prevent him from continuing to drive is of particular importance in order to protect the life of the driver and other traffic users.

Referring to the issue of drug use and addiction among drivers, the deputy of the Faraja traffic police stated: the health of the driver, especially in the field of public transportation, is of double importance; Because any disorder in a person's physical or mental ability can affect traffic safety. Therefore, in case of lack of necessary health conditions, the matter will be dealt with according to legal regulations.

Sardar Karmi Asad continued: Drivers' records and traffic status are also taken into consideration in evaluating their eligibility to continue driving, and in cases where health-related problems affect a person's eligibility to drive, the necessary restrictions will be applied to his presence in the field of driving, especially in the public transport fleet.

He emphasized: The purpose of these measures is not only to deal with violations, but to prevent accidents caused by the lack of driving license and to improve safety on the roads of the country. An issue that requires drivers to pay serious attention to their health and comply with legal requirements for safe driving.
