According to Ambassador Arjan, the book "Critical Crime" is an autopsy of the transition to development; The narration of defeats, victories and the future path of Iran is a work by Sadegh al-Hosseini, which will be unveiled tonight (Tuesday, October 21, 1405) in Shahr-e-Ktab Marzizi, located on Shariati St., above Ostad Motahari St., at the corner of Kalate Street, from 18:00 to 21:00.
A century has passed since the third coup d'état of March 1299 to the flight of American and Israeli fighter jets over Tehran in March 1404; A century which, above all, is the narrative of a great failure. Today, Iran is standing in the most critical years of the last century and the continuation of the status quo is no longer possible. But history proves that no great country has developed without a great crisis.
Examining the experience of sixteen countries shows that what turns a crisis into a transition is the combination of three things: 1) a program that can be sold to a part of the dominant coalition, 2) a team that can implement it, and 3) social credit that must be spent in the moment of crisis.
Wherever these three have been present, development has occurred; Wherever it was absent, fall. I have called these three "critical mass of development".
