Mahmoudi: Is holding some concerts in Shiraz promoting happiness or breaking norms?
Shiraz- Shiraz's interim Friday imam, criticizing the holding of some concerts in the third shrine of Ahl al-Bayt (AS), raised the question whether these programs will bring joy to the people or lead to vulgarity and violation of norms.
According to Mehr reporter, Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Abdolreza Mahmoudi criticized the holding of some concerts and cultural programs in the third shrine of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in his Friday prayer sermons in this city, and demanded that the authorities pay attention to religious values, people's demands and maintain social cohesion.
He also pointed to the need to improve the economic situation and people's livelihood, he emphasized the need to protect the value of people's capital, use the capacity of banks to finance production and employ expert and experienced managers.
Some concerts cause people to be offended instead of happy
Referring to the supreme leader of the revolution's emphasis on the supra-strategic position of culture and education in the country's policies, Mahmoudi said: the setting of economic, political and social strategies should be done considering cultural and educational issues.
Referring to the President's statements about the inadmissibility of vulgarity and breaking norms in the society, he added: Islam introduces happiness and joy as a necessity of life, but one must ask whether some programs and concerts that have been held recently in the third shrine of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) really bring happiness and joy to people or do they lead to vulgarity and breaking norms?
Criticizing the issuing of licenses for some of these programs, Shiraz's Interim Juma Imam said: The holding of some of these ceremonies has offended the people, and some participants have also felt humiliated after attending these programs.
Mahmoudi raised the question of whether such programs help the happiness of the people and the families of the martyrs or cause them resentment, and clarified: Iran's society is a religious society and people have shown their adherence to religious and national values by attending the fields and supporting the fighters in the past months.
Referring to the necessity of maintaining social cohesion, he said: Some measures may have supporters on the surface, but if they lack social cohesion, they will harm the same stratum and others.
Temporary imam of Shiraz asked the authorities to take into consideration the demands of the people and the social effects of the programs in making cultural decisions.
Banks should attract people's capital instead of fueling inflation
In another part of Shiraz's Friday prayer sermons, Mahmoudi considered the economy and livelihood of the people to be important issues of the country and referring to the message of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution on the occasion of Government Week, he said: "Smart management, using people's capacity, and using experts and technologists are important axes emphasized in this message."
Criticizing the selection of some managers who lack relevant experience in sensitive responsibilities, he said: If people are placed in positions appropriate to their expertise and experience, some of the existing problems can be reduced.
Emphasizing the need to create suitable platforms for attracting people's capital, Shiraz interim Imam Juma'a added: Before inviting people to invest, the necessary assurance should be provided regarding the preservation of the value of their capital. Because if people feel that the value of their money will decrease over time, they will not welcome the investment.
Stating that he does not recommend buying dollars and gold, Mahmoudi said: Many people who buy these assets are not necessarily professional traders, but rather want to prevent the depreciation of their currency.
He suggested that instead of playing a role in inflationary trends and increasing asset prices, banks should direct people's capital towards production, construction and resistance economy by providing appropriate returns and reliable mechanisms.
Shiraz Interim Imam Juma'a also emphasized the necessity of protecting people's capital and added: The judicial branch should provide the basis for public trust in investment by creating economic security and dealing with destructive brokers.
The enemy seeks to diminish Iran's victories
Appreciating the presence of people in social scenes and squares, Mahmoudi considered this presence as an effective factor in neutralizing the enemy's media conspiracies and said: The enemy is trying to make the victories and successes of the country look weak and reduce the people's trust in these achievements.
Referring to what he called the spread of lies by the enemy's media, he emphasized the necessity of strengthening the media facilities and effective presence in the virtual space and added: Universities and educational centers should play a more serious role in this field and explain the facts to the young generation more seriously.
Shiraz interim imam also asked the political science activists and experts to analyze and explain the Supreme Leader's words about the position of power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and explain the dimensions of this issue to the society.
The role of women and nurses in the difficult days of the country
At the beginning of the second sermon, Mahmoudi congratulated Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) on her birthday and nurse's day, and referring to the role of women in various social fields, he said: following the example of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh), the pious and committed women of the society have played a decisive role during the imposed war and the recent wars.
Referring to the reaction of the martyrs' mothers after hearing the news of their children's martyrdom, he added: Some of these mothers, facing such a calamity, remember the incident of Karbala and salute Imam Hussain (a.s.) and Hazrat Zainab (s.a.); An issue that shows the place of these religious patterns in the society's culture.
While appreciating the dedicated and caring nurses, the temporary imam of Shiraz honored the memory of the martyrs of the nurses and mentioned the services of the health staff in difficult situations.
Piety is the way to overcome the difficulties of life
In the first sermon of the Shiraz Friday prayer, Mahmoudi considered piety to be the best baggage in this world and the hereafter and said: "Doing one's duties and abandoning taboos is the main way of piety, and by taking care of one's behavior and speech, a person can stay away from many harms and problems."
Referring to the verses of the Holy Qur'an, he listed opening in difficulties, making things easier, inner peace, freedom from evil temptations, having the power to distinguish right from wrong and attracting divine love among the effects of piety.
Referring to the presence of people in various scenes of the country, the interim Friday imam of Shiraz clarified: People have shown by their presence and behavior that they are ready to sacrifice for the elevation of Islam and the Islamic system, and we should appreciate this companionship and sacrifice.
