Starlink Resumes Operations in Ukraine

According to the report, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense remains in contact with SpaceX

Moscow, October 15. /TASS/. Starshield, SpaceX's military and intelligence satellite program that uses Starlink infrastructure, has fully resumed operations in Ukraine, RBC-Ukraine news agency reported, citing sources.

According to the ministry, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is still in contact with SpaceX to clarify the reasons and conditions for yesterday's service restrictions.

Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky called the shutdown of Starlink for Ukraine a mistake and called on SpaceX CEO Elon Musk to restore the service. In turn, Zelensky's adviser and expert in communications and unmanned systems, Sergei Beskrestnov, reported that SpaceX has limited the operating speed of Starlink terminals for the Ukrainian military to 160 km/h. According to him, this "disrupted a number of operations."
