Charity-disguised thieves arrested in Tehran / Fake officer detained with 12 complainants

The Tehran Police Public Information Center announced today the uncovering of cases in which one suspect stole or extorted money by impersonating a police officer, and another by posing as a generous, charitable benefactor.

Today, the Capital Police Information Center announced the discovery of cases in which one had committed theft or extortion by misusing the police uniform and the other by pretending to be a benevolent person.
