Hojatoleslam Hassanzadeh: Raising Adolescents Goes Beyond Education
Langroud – Head of the Islamic Propaganda Office of Langroud, citing the need to strengthen the communication skills of educators, said: Strengthening these skills is essential for understanding adolescents' concerns and responding to their intellectual challenges.
According to Mehr reporter, Hojjatul Islam Mohammad Ali Hassanzadeh, on Tuesday afternoon at the "Code" training workshop on the topic of decoding and answering the intellectual challenges of teenagers, which was held in the presence of educational assistants of schools in Langrod's education meeting hall, stated that it is necessary to know the concerns of teachers and students and strengthen communication skills in order to face the intellectual and cultural issues of the young generation.
The necessity of synergy and transfer of experience among trainers
Referring to the objectives of this workshop, Hojjat-ul-Islam Hassanzadeh stated: The purpose of holding these meetings is mutual thinking, synergy and transfer of experience among educators and activists in the field of education. Because facing the questions and doubts of teenagers and young people requires a detailed understanding of current issues, knowledge of the psychological characteristics of this age group and having the necessary skills to answer.
He added: Teachers in various disciplines, from Quran and religious education to mathematics and other subjects, can be effective in the cultural and educational field; But sometimes they face doubts in how to enter into a conversation with teenagers, establish effective communication and answer their questions and doubts.
The head of the Islamic Propaganda Department of Langrod stated that no one person alone knows the answer to all the issues and clarified: these meetings should be held in the form of workshops so that the trainers, while transferring their experiences, get to know the correct methods of communicating with teenagers, recognizing the roots of doubts and appropriate ways of answering.
Recognizing the concerns of coaches; An introduction to students' problems
Hojjatul Islam Hassanzadeh emphasized the importance of paying attention to the mental and mental conditions of the coaches and said: Before entering into the problems and concerns of the students, we should also pay attention to the concerns of the coaches themselves. Because if the teacher does not have enough mental and mental peace, he cannot play a role in creating peace and intellectual guidance of the students as he should.
He added: It is necessary to provide an environment in such meetings so that coaches can raise their real issues and concerns and find a solution for them by thinking with each other. Because knowing the problems of teachers and trainers is one of the necessary prerequisites for better understanding the conditions of teenagers and young people.
Answering the doubts of faith with a detailed understanding of the questions of the new generation
Head of Langrod Islamic Propaganda Department, referring to some religious questions of teenagers, said: Sometimes students ask questions about why prophets and imams are chosen and ask what characteristics have made these characters to be chosen to guide people. These questions should be taken seriously and the trainers should answer them with a detailed knowledge of the subject and having clear and understandable arguments.
He added: Facing doubts should not be limited to giving pre-prepared answers, but the trainer should be able to identify the root of the question, create an environment for dialogue and provide answers according to the audience's level of understanding and needs.
Hojat-ul-Islam Hassanzadeh also pointed to issues such as poverty, injustice, weak faith and cultural and social harms and stated: the problems and behaviors of teenagers and young people cannot be explained by one factor; Therefore, to properly understand the challenges of this generation, a set of individual, family, cultural and social factors should be considered.
Emphasis on the link between education and training in the educational system
Criticizing the predominance of the educational perspective on some educational processes, he emphasized the need to strengthen the educational dimension alongside education and said: merely transferring information and increasing knowledge is not enough for the formation of a committed and responsible personality; Rather, what a person learns should be reflected in his behavior and actions.
Head of Langrod Islamic Propaganda Department pointed to the importance of turning what has been learned into practical behavior and added: Science can play a guiding role when it has an effect on a person's life and is reflected in his behavior, speech and decisions. Therefore, in addition to education, the education system should also pay attention to moral education, strengthening social responsibility and the formation of commitment in students.
It should be mentioned that the series of educational workshops "CODE" on the topic of decoding and answering the intellectual challenges of teenagers, is held in cooperation with education and Islamic Propaganda Department of Langrod and during several sessions.
