Zabol University President: Research Must Solve Water, Dust Storm and Sistan Economy Problems

The Zabol University president announced that the academic center has drafted eight strategic axes to guide research toward the needs of the Sistan region, saying: water security, sustainable agriculture, revival of Hamoun Wetland, border economy and combating dust storms are among these axes to help address current challenges, and research must lead to solving water, dust storm and Sistan economy problems.

The president of Zabul University announced the formulation of eight strategic axes in this scientific center to direct research activities towards the needs of the Sistan region and said: water security, sustainable agriculture, restoration of the Hamon wetland, border economy and dealing with fine dust are among these axes to help solve the existing challenges, and researches should lead to solving the problems of water, fine dust and the economy of Sistan.
