According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Majid Debirian, on Saturday morning, in the public meeting of the Mashhad City Council, referring to the payment of special benefits to the deputy mayors by order of the mayor, he stated: fairness must be observed and this increase in pay should be given to other forces, including the policemen.

The member of the Mashhad City Council Chairman Board added: According to the administrative correspondence registered in the Mashhad Municipality, within the framework of authority; In addition to the salaries and benefits included in the salaries of the deputies, the mayor has issued an order to pay the equivalent of a legal sentence as incentive benefits for the deputies.

He said: According to the mayor of Mashhad, many employees, including the cleaners, are also asking for salary increases. It is unfair to pay this salary increase to the deputies, who perform their legal duties like all other employees, despite the request for salary increase by other employees.

Debirian added: The mayor of Mashhad recently announced in a gathering of reporters that he will receive 550 million rials while rejecting the order to increase the salary of deputy mayors. However, according to his background in executive affairs, the mayor of Mashhad knows that the amount of 550 million Rials specified in his job selection order is not the amount of his salary.

In addition, the head of Mashhad city council also stated in his speech referring to the physical education day: The sixth council has taken significant measures regarding the creation of the necessary sports infrastructure in a specialized and general way.

Mehdi Nashi added: The construction of 29 grass fields, 15 asphalt sports fields, 9 indoor sports complexes, as well as 9 fields and special sports facilities for women were among the key measures of the Islamic Council of Mashhad in the sixth period.

He also pointed to the establishment of the 57th fire station in Mashhad city and stated: some fire stations in this city were attacked and disturbed in the events of December; Due to the fact that people's lives are our priority, colleagues are working day and night to rebuild burned and destroyed fire stations.

The head of the Women and Family Commission of the Islamic Council of Mashhad also stated: The city needs more than asphalt and concrete for the family ecosystem. I wish more attention would be paid to the cultural issue as well as the population as the main consumers of urban services.

Fatemeh Salimi added: Mashhad city council has considered providing services to mothers in order to pay attention to the category of having children, which in the field of educational and infrastructure services in cultural centers; It has reduced the cost of skill courses and applied 50% discounts for mothers with three children.

He said: Facilities in the field of public transportation, including the subway and fleet of high-speed city buses, have been considered by the council, so that mothers with three children can go to cultural centers for discounted use of these services.

He added: According to statistics, 400 people have used this service so far, and it is hoped that this number will be close to the real number.
