Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes in Arkansas

Former ABC News anchors married last month in a small ceremony in Arkansas under a marriage license.

Former ABC News contributors and current podcast hosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, whose budding romance sparked buzz and filled the gossip pages in 2022, married in a small ceremony in Arkansas last month, according to a marriage license filed in Washington County.

The former hosts of GMA3: What You Need to Know tied the knot on September 19 in Rubach, a day after applying for a license. The Washington County Clerk's Office filed the permit on Oct. 13, making the couple's news public. People first reported the marriage on Tuesday.

CBS News senior reporter Matt Guttman has been accused of harassment in a wrongful termination lawsuit by a former ABC News producer.

This is the third marriage for both veteran TV journalists, who were each in marriages that ended with each other. Robach, 53, was previously married to Melrose Place actor Andrew Shaw and Holmes to attorney Marilee Fiebig. In an unexpected twist, Shaw and Fiebig entered into a special relationship after their breakup.

The two kept their relationship quiet at work, but both were eventually fired from ABC News for not disclosing it. Robach had worked with this network for 11 years. Holmes joined ABC in 2012 from an anchor job at CNN.

In October 2025, the couple announced their engagement on the Amy & TJ podcast.

"I was in the big three," Rubbach said at the time. And it never happened.

Neither Roebach nor Holmes had publicly commented on the marriage as of Tuesday evening.

The two are currently parents in a blended family, each with children from their previous marriages.
